  • Support for your chosen CRM services

    The CARE Solutions Service provides three levels of support (Gold, Silver or Bronze) to get you quickly back online in the event of a CRM failure. Simply choose the level of CRM support care pack that best suits your business.

    These packages cover normal business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). Customers requiring around-the-clock support have the option to upgrade to a 24x7 agreement.

    On-site CRM support

    Ad hoc on-site or remote support services are available to address your specific application or software requirements, when and where you need it. CRM Solutions’ technical staff will work with you to diagnose the problem and prepare a Professional Services Agreement that reflects your needs.

    Training

    Customised training can be provided. Each program is developed for your specific applications and business processes. Classes are held on your site with up to a maximum of 16 people per training program session.
